Oh look! It's snowing big fluffy flakes outside.

Argh! It wouldn't be so bad if it melted when it hit the ground

but since the snow pack isn't melting it just piles up.

Good thing we paid $24. to go to the garden show yesterday.
While it's not quite the same as spring at least

it's colorful and you can pretend it's warm outside.

It was a small price to pay for my sanity.
At least for a few days.
We planted 100 daffodil bulbs last fall

so I'm anxious to see them come up.
I have seen and heard some flocks of geese

flying overhead so that's a good sign.
